The following cases will be DISMISSED by the Court (without prejudice) unless a party to the action requests a hearing:

24CV04900, UHG I LLC v. Nunez

The following cases will be continued to a further OSC or CMC calendar in Courtroom 19 (no appearance is required and notice will be mailed):

24CV07186, Clifford v. Grocery Outlet, Inc.- The Court has reviewed & accepts Plaintiff Counsel’s Declaration establishing “good cause” for delay in service. The OSC is vacated entirely & the matter is placed on the CMC calendar for 7/16/26 at 3:00 pm.

25CV01189, Keller Supply Co. v. Kevin Ghee- A Judgment has been entered in Plaintiff’s favor on 1/12/26, with Notice of Entry of Judgment effective on 2/19/26. The OSC is vacated & the matter will be marked as adjudicated.
