25CV06373, Gill v. Wilson- OSC is vacated. The matter is placed back on the CMC Calendar for hearing on 9/17/26 3:00 p.m. for settled pleadings.

25CV06375, Kaloi v. Wann- Sanctions of $150 are imposed on Plaintiff attorney & are due and payable within 30 days of this hearing. The matter is continued to a further OSC hearing on 6/25/26 for failure to serve.

26CV00735, Magro v. Anderson- Sanctions of $150 are imposed as to each Defendant & are payable & due within 30 days of this hearing. The matter will return back to the CMC calendar on 7/30/26 3:00 pm for status of pleadings.
