Order to Show Cause Calendar

The tentative rulings will become the ruling of the Court unless a party desires to be heard. If you desire to appear and present oral argument, YOU MUST NOTIFY the Judicial Assistant by telephone at (707) 521-6602 and all other opposing parties of your intent to appear no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing date.

The following cases are required to appear at 3:30 p.m.:

25CV01509, Cavalry SPV LLC v. Green- The matter is continued to 4/1/27 at 3:00 pm for failure to finalize a default judgment. Sanctions are imposed in the amount of $150.

25CV0151, UHG LLC v. Politron- The matter is continued to 4/1/27 3:00 pm for failure to finalize a default judgment. Sanctions are imposed in the amount of $150.
