25CV00505, Flash Capital v. Tirado Enterprises- The OSC will be vacated due to Plaintiff’s filing of the First Amended Complaint. The matter will now be placed on the CMC Calendar for 1/21/27 at 3:00 pm for answer and trial setting.

26CV02312, Citibank N.A. v. Gillardi- The Court has reviewed the Declaration of Counsel Cox. However, there is no finding of good cause for the absence. Therefore, the Court will impose $150 in sanctions to address the non-appearance.
